Philip Ramsey is a Technical Design Manger at Bloomberg BNA where he directs the mobile strategy and development efforts as well as serving as the in-house incubator for new electronic products and technologies.  He has 24 years of electronic publishing experience and has worked with the top legal publishing companies.  Philip is looking forward to getting to know and understand the next generation of technology.
